あけましておめでとうございます。
今年も、グリーンバード コスタメサチームをよろしくお願いいたします！！
グリーンバード コスタメサチームは、2024年初めてのお掃除を行いました。
新年初めてで、まだ学校も始まっていないにも関わらず、多くの方が参加してくださりました。
新しくアメリカに留学に来た子達が、まだ来て１週間も経っていないのに、参加してくれたりと、新しい交流がありました。
とても嬉しく思います。
参加してくださった皆さん、ありがとうございました。
そして、今回、ゴミ袋の準備していた数が足りず、二人で一つのゴミ袋を使うよう工夫して不備を乗り越えました。
始めは、お掃除に不具合が生じないか心配していましたが、結果的に、知らなかった人たち同士の間で会話が生まれ、いつも以上に、話し声も多く聞こえるゴミ拾い日にすることができました！！
これからも、このように色々な場面でマイナスをプラスに変えていけるようにできたらな、と思いました。
次回のお掃除日は、2月3日の土曜日とさせていただきます！

We look forward to working with the Green Bird Costa Mesa team this year!
The Green Bird Costa Mesa team had its first cleanup of 2024.
Even though it was the first time in the new year and school had not yet started, many people participated.
We had some new interactions with the children who are newly arrived in the U.S. to study, even though they have only been here for less than a week.
We are very happy to see them.
Thank you to everyone who participated.
And this time, we did not have enough garbage bags prepared, and we overcame the inadequacy by devising a way for two people to use one garbage bag.
At first, we were worried that there might be some glitches in the cleanup, but as a result, we were able to have a trash pickup day that created conversations among people who did not know each other, and we heard more talking than usual!
I hope we can continue to turn negatives into positives in various situations like this.
Our next cleanup day will be on Saturday, February 3rd!
